Kinnunen has been happy with Metroc’s customer service and is extremely pleased with the user-friendliness of the software. “New features are being added to the software all the time, and customers’ wishes are taken into account in the development.”
Metroc invites each of its customers to development meetings four times a year, which Kinnunen also appreciates. The meetings are an opportunity to share experiences and find ways to improve customers’ data retrieval and sales processes.
